The service

Funelyze lets you build quiz funnels, embed them on websites, collect responses and leads, and connect them to other tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for the quizzes you publish. You keep ownership of your content and grant us the licence needed to host and deliver it. You must have the right to use any images, copy and product data you upload.

Acceptable use

Don't use Funelyze to collect data you aren't allowed to collect, to mislead visitors, to send spam, or to host unlawful, infringing or harmful content. We may suspend quizzes or accounts that break these rules.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Limits per plan are listed on the pricing page; usage counters reset on the first of each month (UTC).

30-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan is not right for you, email hello@funelyze.com within 30 days of your first payment on that plan and we refund it in full. One refund per account. Renewals and later upgrades are not covered; cancel before the renewal date instead.

Visitor data

You are the controller of data collected through your quizzes. You'll provide any notices and obtain any consents required by law. Our processing is described in the privacy policy.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination we delete your content after a reasonable grace period.
